Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like, and the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Plans run month to month, and there's no long-term commitment. Enterprise plans may carry custom terms.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards and ACH transfers. Enterprise customers can also be invoiced.
Is my data secure?
Notermed is built for HIPAA. Patient data is encrypted in transit and at rest and covered by a full audit trail, and we sign a Business Associate Agreement with every clinic before any patient data is processed.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing costs 25% less than paying monthly. Ask us if you'd like the details.
What happens when my free sessions run out?
You'll be asked to choose a paid plan. Nothing you've recorded or written goes anywhere; it all stays exactly as it was while you decide.
