To eliminate the documentation burden so healthcare providers can focus on what they do best — caring for patients.
Notermed started with a conversation between an engineer and a doctor.
The doctor — a US physician who has practiced medicine for over thirty years — had watched generation after generation of healthcare software arrive with big promises and leave behind more clicks, more screens, and less time with patients. His test for any new tool was simple: does it give me time back, or take more of it?
The engineer had spent a career building software across three continents, inside large companies and out, and had come to a similar conclusion from the other side: most enterprise software fails not for lack of technology, but because it was never built alongside the people who have to live with it.
So Notermed is built differently — in ongoing consultation with that physician and his practice, one real workflow at a time. The AI scribe, the speaker separation, the continuity-of-care summaries that condense years of pulmonary history into a line: each exists because a working clinician needed it, tried it, and pushed back until it was right.
We're early, and we say so plainly. What you see on this site is what the product actually does today — no invented customer counts, no borrowed logos. If you want to judge Notermed, we'd rather show you a live demo than a slogan.
A small team with deep roots in both software and the clinic
Founder & CTO
A software engineer who has built and shipped systems on three continents, inside large enterprises and as an independent builder — now an entrepreneur applying that experience to the one industry where saved minutes matter most.
US physician · 30+ years in practice
Notermed is developed in continuous consultation with a practicing US physician with more than three decades of clinical experience — someone who has seen every wave of healthcare software come and go, and holds ours to that standard.
The company behind Notermed

The principles that guide everything we do
Everything we build is designed to give healthcare providers more time with their patients.
We obsess over accuracy because in healthcare, every word matters. Every note is reviewed and approved by the clinician.
Notermed is shaped in the exam room — every feature exists because a practicing physician asked for it.
We only claim what we can prove: our security page lists exactly what we do with patient data, and nothing we don’t.
Bring your own workflow and see what Notermed does with it — we'll show you the product live, including exactly how patient data is handled.
